Robert Dean "Bob" Coons, 74, of Isabella, MO passed away January 5, 2022 at Medical Lodge in Neosho, MO. He was born February 17, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas to Jack and Maxine (McCurdy) Coons.

Bob grew up in Turner, KS. He served his country during Vietnam in the United States Army. Bob worked many years as a truck driver. He spent many summers with his family coming to Ozark County and enjoying the lake life on Bull Shoals. After vacationing here all those years, Bob finally moved to the Isabella area in 1995. He loved going out on the lake with friends, going golfing, and just relaxing. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Bob is survived by wife Sandra Coons of Isabella; two sons Richard Coons of Kansas City, KS, Austin Coons of Isabella, MO; two granddaughters Ashley and Amy Coons; many great grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jack Coons and Maxine Cissna.
