Ronald Eugene Pond

Ronald Eugene Pond, 70 years, 10 months, and 26 days old, passed away on, August 7, 2022 at his home in Seymour.

Ronald was born September 12, 1951 in Rockford, IL to Charles Eugene and Gearldine (Medlock) Pond.

Ronald was an Army Veteran and served honorably in Viet Nam.

Ronald enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was an avid motorcylce rider.  He loved his Chicago Cubs and rock n roll music.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Retha Pond; and brother, Michael Dale Pond.

Ronald is survived by his uncles, Carlos R. Pond, Gearld L. Pond, Lyndle W. Pond, and James A. Pond; step-sister, Robin Wilson and her companion, Jim Pearce, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Ronald will be Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri with full military honors.
