Obituary
Rose Pauline Gray, 68, formerly of Ava, MO, passed away on December 31, 2010 at the Gainesville Healthcare Center. She was born on July 13, 1942 in Alcoa, TN the daughter of Roy and Arkie (Self) Hawk.
Rose was a nurse for many years. She moved to Ava, MO in 1996, and remained a resident there until 2008. She loved life. Rose was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Arkie Hawk; her husband John Gray; and two sisters. She is survived by one daughter Rhonda Frye of Ava, MO; one son John Gray of Mexico; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nine siblings Gene, Doug, Leon, Mike, Laura, Trish, Dana, Daisy and Evelyn.
No local services are planned at this time. Cremation services are under the care and direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
