Sharon Yvonne Ginder, 60 years, made her journey home on November 3, 2016 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO with her family by her side.
Sharon was born February 3, 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia to James W. Lail, Sr. and Shirley Y. Bone.
Sharon worked as a Caregiver for Brooke Care in Ava for a few years. She also was a super housewife and a wonderful mother.
On Oct. 15, 2000, Sharon and Jim Ginder were united in marriage in Chattanooga, TN.
Sharon was a woman of strong faith in Christ and a Sunday School teacher at Gentry Church. She loved cooking, gardening, tending her flowers, and her dogs.
Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley, a daughter, D'Lee Turner, a sister, Mary Smith, a brother, James Lail, Jr., and a grandson, Matthew Triplett.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Jim Ginder of Ava, MO, her father and step mother, James "Jim" & Faye Lail, Sr., Statham, GA, her children, D'Ronica Morgan, Chatsworth, Georgia, Anthony Thompson, Springfield, MO, Shannon McSwain and Misty Johnson, both of Rockmart, GA, five grandchildren, and she was a SUPER NANNY to three great grandchildren, two step brothers, Kenny and Jimmy Clanton, and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Sharon will be Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Gentry Church, Ava, MO (K Highway) with burial following in the Denney Cemetery, Ava. Visitation will be prior to service Friday from 2:00 p.m. to service time in the church. Officiating will be Pastors Bob Huskey and Toby Sanders. Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans. Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
