Sheila Jean McChesney

Sheila Jean McChesney, 68 years, 9 months, and 6 days old, passed away on August 16, 2022 at Hospice of the Ozarks, Hospice House in Mtn. Home, Arkansas with family by her side.

Sheila was born November 10, 1953 in Harrison, Arkansas to Calvin Van Morrow and Betty Jean (Roach) Morrow.

Sheila and Allen McChesney were united in marriage on March 3, 1981.

Sheila loved taking care of her family.  She was a granny to everybody that she met.  She would make her daily trip to Ava, were she would stop by Sonic for a Diet Coke and then go and walk around Wal-Mart.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Adam McChesney and Stone McChesney.

Sheila is survived by her husband, Allen McChesney; seven children, Brian and Sally McChesney, Steven and Barbara McChesney, Fonda and Randy Smiley, Elizabeth McChesney, Aaron McChesney, Anthony McChesney and Sabrina Shea; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother, Tommy Morrow; sister, Jody and Steve Howell; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Inc., Ava, Missouri.  Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering.
