SPIKE NATHANIEL GARGIONE
Spike Nathaniel Gargione passed away Monday, November 12, 2007 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Hwy 14 north of West Plains. Spike was 17 years old. He was born on October 7, 1990 in West Plains, Missouri to Frank Frederick Gargione and Louise (Hathcock) Gargione. A junior at West Plains High School, Spike was a very energetic person with natural talent in the field of electronics and computers. His hobbies always leaned toward inventive and creative projects. He was always experimenting and improving things. He enjoyed skateboarding.
Spike had many friends who enjoyed spending time with him and truly learned to love him. He had a keen sense of devotion to his friends and family.
He is survived by his mother Louise Gargione of West Plains, Missouri; grandmother Donna Gargione of Caulfield, Missouri; brothers Donald Joe Hathcock, Jason Reed Hathcock, Adam Austin Hathcock, and Jason Wayne Gargione all of West Plains; sister Alisha Marie Clarke of Longview, Texas; 4 nephews and 2 nieces; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; a supportive friend to the family Kenneth Cotter and his son Cody Cotter of West Plains.
Preceded in death by his father Frank Gargione, grandparents Albert Gargione Sr., Archie and Edna Hathcock.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 16, 2007 at 11:00 AM, Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville with Kevin Kuk officiating. Burial will follow at White Oak Cemetery near Tecumseh, Missouri. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Clinkingbeard Funeral Home of Gainesville in charge of arrangements.
