STAN WARNER

Stan Warner, 61, of Gainesville, MO passed away on January 2, 2015. Stan was an avid backpacker and hiker, and was always happiest when on a long hike.

He was born in Akron, OH to Ray A. Warner and Joan (Patterson) Warner on October 24, 1953. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1976, and received his degree in Agriculture in 1979. Stan was a Missouri State Water Patrolman until July 1, 2008, when he retired at age 54.

Stan was preceded in death by his father Ray; and two sisters Bonnie and Theresa Warner. He is survived by his wife Anna Oliver of the home in Gainesville; his mother Joan Warner of Abington, VA; his daughters Fawn Rechkemmer and husband Craig of Ozark, MO and Brook Warner of Kirbyville, MO; his son Adam Warner of Rockaway Beach, MO; stepdaughter Kristna Frazier of Wasola, MO; stepson Jason Oliver of Fayetteville, AR; and one sister Peggy Olson of Kenton, OH. Stan had five grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.

A Memorial Service for Stan will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel in Gainesville, MO.
