Sybil Ann Russell, 62 years, 11 months, and 8 days old, passed to heaven on May 2, 2016 with her family by her side.
Sybil was born May 25, 1953 in Buckhart, MO to Stanley and Mary Leota (Bartlett) Russell. She graduated from Dora in 1971.
Sybil was a resident of Drury, MO. She had worked as a cosmetologist in Mountain Grove, MO.
Sybil enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She loved to be outdoors, especially working in her yard with her flowers. She was a Christian.
Sybil was preceded by her parents, one sister, Faunalee Russell, and one brother, Selba "Beaner" Russell.
Sybil is survived by her son, Billy Russell, West Plains, MO; her life long companion, Bill Jones; 2 grandchildren, Haley and Jasmine Russell, West Plains, MO; a sister, Juanita Rackley and husband Jim, Mtn. Grove, MO, one brother, Quentin Russell and wife Becky, Norwood, MO, numerous nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation services for Sybil are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
