Joe was born December 20, 1958 in Nebraska City, NE.
Joe had done many jobs. In Ava, he had worked as a Saw Mill lumber grader. He loved music, dancing, and fishing.
Joe was preceded in death by his grandpa's, Frank Fleetwood and Clarence Cornelius.
Joe is survived by his parents, Paul & Wanda Fleetwood, Ava, MO, two brothers, Teddy J. Fleetwood, Nixa, MO and Tim Fleetwood, Alabama, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Cremation services for Joe are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Per Joe's wishes he wanted cremation with no services and burial of his ashes will be in the Ava Cemetery at a later date.
