THELMA ROSE "TERRY" DEFOREST

Thelma "Terry" DeForest, 77, of Theodosia, MO passed away peacefully on February 16, 2018 the Gainesville Healthcare Center. There are no local services planned at this time.

Ms DeForest was born June 9, 1940 in Spir Fish, South Dakota, the daughter of Lena Agnes Schomer and Hans Arthur Sonne. She married Kenneth Carl DeForest in 1958 in South Dakota. She volunteered at the Gainesville Library for five years.

She is survived by her sons Kenneth Earl DeForest, David Wayne DeForest and wife Jill, Donald DeForest and wife Wanda, Dennis DaWayne DeForest and wife Samantha; her daughters Stacy DeForest and Lori Lee Dunn and husband Mike; sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one sister Dorthy Bland of Denver, CO.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and several brothers and sisters.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
