Timothy George Brown
Ava, Missouri
Timothy George Brown, 70 years, 11 months, 22 days old, passed on to Heaven on September 30th, 2018 at his home.
He was born October 8, 1947 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Edgar and Phyllis Jane (Pfeiffer) Brown.
On August 18, 1978 Timothy and Waynette Mae Ponto were united in marriage in Las Vegas.
Timothy was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Teamster, and drove a truck for many years. After retimement, Tim and Waynette enjoyed retirement in the Ava area where they raised cows and enjoyed horses. He enjoyed horseback riding, his grandchildren, and reading westerns.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dennis Brown. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Waynette, one daughter, Tracy Shoopman and husband Randy of Marseilles. IL, two grandchildren, Kathreen Severson and husband Brian of Somonauk, Illinois and Rachel Powell and husband Joshua of Marseilles, IL, and 3 great grandchildren, Cassie, Brooklyn, and Austin, one sister, Kathy Cole of Leland, IL, one brother, Bruce Brown and wife Kate of Utica, IL, as well as many other neices, nephews, family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Cremation Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
