T.J. ESTES

T.J. Estes, 81, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Gainesville, died Saturday, June 14, 2008, in Houston, Texas. He was born November 28, 1926 in Gamaliel, Arkansas the son of Lehman and Dona Estes. T.J. married Rebecca McGinnis on October 8, 1948. She died May 12, 1990. He was a retired Ironworker and farmer.

He is survived by five sons, Tony Estes of Houston, TX, Terry Estes and wife Toya of Cincinnati, OH, Tim Estes of Lebanon, OH, Tom Estes and wife Lisa of Brookville, IN, and Steven Estes and wife Kelly of Huntington, IN; five daughters, Brenda Dimbat and husband David of Paradise, CA, Sandi Baker and husband DeWayne of Green Forest, AR, Peggy Estes of Houston, TX, Dodi Timbrook and husband Robert of Auburn, IN, and Susie Mallory of Phoenix, AZ; three brothers, Ron Estes and wife JoAnn of Miami, FL, Mike Estes and wife Love of Cincinnati, OH, John Estes and wife Kathy of St. Louis, MO; six sisters Verlene Kinman of Clarksville, AR, Eulalia Beasley and husband Lyle of Ash Grove, MO, Shirley Estes of Mountain Home, AR, Pam Ruckman and husband Ken of Columbia City, MO, Melba Dilbeck and husband Ray of West Plains, MO, Kathy Wedgeworth and husband Terry of Midway, AR; thirty eight grandchildren, twenty four great- grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, two sisters, two sons T.J. Jr. and Teddy, and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening, June 17, 2008 at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, from 6:00 til 8:00 PM.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 18, 2008, 10:00 AM, at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO. Interment will follow in Faye Cemetery. Family will receive friends immediately following at the home of Patricia (Estes) Clay on HCR 4, three miles down from Faye Cemetery.
