Trista Rashell Gunter

Trista Rashell Gunter, 27 years, 9 months, and 6 days old, passed away on, January 14, 2023 at her home in Sparta, Missouri.

Trista was born April 8, 1995 in Springfield, Missouri to Darrell Gunter and Trish (Hambelton) Moore.

She was a Christian and attended the Eastern Gate Missionary Baptist Church. Every morning she enjoyed drinking her coffee and reading her daily devotion.  Trista also attended the Ashes to Beauty by Encounter Ministries.

Trista loved spending time with her kids and family.  She liked watching football and floating the river. Trista loved to laugh and joke around.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dallas Cleo Gunter, Donna Lou Rowe and Theo Isaiah Hambelton.

Trista is survived by her father, Darrell Wayne Gunter; her mother, Patricia Jane Moore and husband Josh; her bonus mom, Tammy Gunter; her children, Heston Dee Gunter and Lea Mae Taylor; three brothers, Taeler Wayne Isaiah Gunter, Hunter James Perry, and Gatlin Thomas Cleo Gunter; two sisters, Lindsey Maggard and Gabrielle Aryn Moore ; her grandmother, Shirley Nell Hambelton; two neices, Huxlee May Perry and Grace Mitchell; her nephew, Evan Mitchell; many cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Trista will be Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.   in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Inc. in Ava, Missouri with burial to follow in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, January 20, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.  Officiating will be Pastor Jonathan Mitchell and Bruce Deweese.  Memorials may be made to Lost and Found Grief Center in Springfield, Missouri.
