Vicki Zarodney

Vicki Jayne Zarodney, 79 years old, passed away on  December 12, 2022 at her home with her family by her side.

Vicki was born December 14, 1942 in Anderson, Indiana to Victor Lionel and Martha Jayne (Shepherd) Kellum.

She was a retired Waitress and had worked for many years in Pleasanton and Dublin, California.

In 1965 Vicki and LeRoy Smith were united in marriage in California.

She later married Stan Zarodney in 1978 in Pleasanton, CA and were married for many years until his death.

Vicki and LeRoy moved to Missouri from California several years ago. Her hobbies were; shopping, cooking, sewing, shuffleboard, traveling and reading. She and LeRoy were able to travel extensively. They stayed in Mesa, Arizona during the winter months. She enjoyed her family and especially her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jeffrey Currey; her siblings; Frances Cook, Michael Deschner and Cindthia Ehlert.

Vicki is survived by LeRoy Smith, her children; William Currey, Kenneth Currey and Misty Mello, grandchildren;   great grandchildren; her sister; Teresa Taylor; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services for Vicki will be Friday, December 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO.  Burial will be Dublin Pioneer Cemetery in Dublin, CA under the direction of Graham-Hitch Mortuary, Pleasanton, CA. Services there will be announced soon.
