Vivian Ann Miller, age 76, was born in Ann Arbor, MI. She was placed in the Coldwater, MI orphanage and adopted from there by Bertram and Leona Swaim, of Dearborn, MI.

She went to be with her Lord, whom she dearly loved on Nov. 22, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Frank of the home; their two children, David and wife Laura of Jay, OK and Ruth and husband Jim Johnson of Soldotna, AK/Hollister, MO; four grandchildren, Melody Miller of Omaha, NE, Charity Miller of Siloam Springs, AR, and Joshua and Jonathan Johnson both of Soldotna, AK/Hollister, MO.

Vivian accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the age of seven at the Calvary Community Church in Dearborn, MI. She later moved to Florida with her parents and was baptized near Ocala, FL and dedicated her life to the Lord for missionary service at the age of twelve. She graduated from Trinity Bible College, Clearwater, FL. On January 12, 1952, Vivian was united in marriage to Rev. Frank A. Miller in Tampa, FL.

She and Frank were accepted for missionary service by American Missionary Fellowship, (formerly American Sunday School Union) in 1952. They both served as full-time faith missionaries for over 50 years, starting Sunday Schools, conducting Vacation Bible Schools, Bible Camps, and doing Released-Time Bible classes (working) in twelve states.

Family and Friends are invited to share in a celebration of Vivian's life at 10:00 A.M., Nov. 25, 2008 at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Burial (Interment) will follow at the Ava Cemetery in Ava, MO. Visitation will be held at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. on Monday evening, Nov. 24, 2008.
