William Byron Parker

Drury, Missouri

William Byron Parker, 81 years, 2 months, and 29 days old, passed away on, December 24, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Byron was born September 25, 1940 in Houston, Texas to William Garrett and Carrie Mae (Schafer) Parker.

Byron was a Christian and attending the Gentryville Church.

Byron and JuliaWalker were united in marriage on September 25, 1987 in Magnolia, Texas.

Byron enjoyed hunting, fishing, and barbecuing.  He really enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Byron was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Neal Parker.

Byron is survived by his wife, Julia; four children, Van Parker and wife, Mickie, Phyllis Parker, Alan Parker and wife Karina, and Michelle Tripp and husband, William, seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Graveside funeral services for Byron will be Thursday, December 30, 2021   at 10:00 A.M. in the Eaton Cemetery, Drury, Missouri.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 29 from 5:30 P.M.  to 7:00 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Ava, Missouri.  Officiating will be Pastor Dennis Shumate and Eulogy by Joe Heitz.  Memorials may be made to the Eaton Cemetery.
