Tracy Yvonne LeVelle

Tracy Yvonne LeVelle, 48 years, 11 months, 1 day old, passed away on November 20, 2025, at Willard Care Center in Willard, Missouri.

Tracy was born December 19, 1976, in  Mansfield, Missouri, to Bill and Judi (Evans) LeVelle. She grew up in Ava and graduated in 1995 from Ava High school.

She was a Christian and loved the Lord. For twenty-eight years she worked at Heart of The Ozarks Healthcare in Ava and Glenwood Healthcare in Seymour as a CNA and a Medical Technician. She was most recently employed as a Walmart Associate in Ava.

She enjoyed all animals and flowers. She had a servants heart and loved taking care of people. Her friendships and family meant everything to her.

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandra Puckett; and niece, Addisyn Perry.

Tracy is survived by her siblings and their spouses, MaryJo and Rodney Jones of Davenport Iowa, Brian and Amanda LeVelle of Ava, Missouri; uncle, Sim and Georgia Evans of Dayton Ohio; aunt, Marva Evans of Atlanta, Georgia; special friend, Marsha Blanton; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Cremation services for Tracy are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Ava, Missouri. Memorial services for Tracy will be Wednesday November 26, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Thornfield House of Prayer.
